A collective #

As of May 2026, Hagrou comprises 13 adults and 8 children. The group, initially made up of friends of friends, has gradually evolved through departures and expansions via various “recruitment” phases.

In addition to meetings related to the structuring of the project, the group meets at spontaneous gatherings or organized events hosted by the “Câfête” group—a combination of câlin (hug) and fête (party)—whose mandate is to ensure the cohesion of the group and the well-being of its members. A group weekend is organized once a year during the prospective phase of the project (location not secured).
